Yvonne Dailey YVONNE BELSHAY 5/13/1948 - 6/4/2011 63, a long time resident of Sumner, passed away peacefully on June 4, after a month long battle with cancer. Yvonne was born May 13, 1948 in Stockton, CA, to Tom and Violet Dailey. Yvonne worked at Good Samaritan Hospital for 30 years as a post-op surgical RN. A lifelong athlete, Yvonne enjoyed playing softball, bowling, and watching the Mariners Win! She especially loved spending time with and spoiling her two favorite grandsons, "Trey" and "E" who affectionately called her "Nurse Grammy". Now she is our "Angel Grammy," and is survived by her daughters Marlus Larsen- Francis (Tyler) of Sumner and Holly Belshay of Auburn; sister June Roolf and mother Violet Dailey of Chewelah, WA. She was preceded in death by her father. Yvonne Dailey Belshay Our family would like to thank all of her wonderful and caring friends at GSH, the staff of Multi-Care and the Fransican Hospice House for their support and compassion in caring for our Mom. Final arrangements were made by the UW School of Medicine. We will be celebrating her life on Sunday, June 19th at 3:00pm at The Attic in Sumner. Please consider a donation to your favorite charity.
